Daria Gosteva (RU): Moscow-Dachnoye

Chamber Documentary Puppet Performance by a Russian Set Designer Working in Prague.

Thursday, November 17, at 5:15 PM and 8:45 PM

Voluntary Admission | Reservation at matej@divadlolisen.cz

Daria Gosteva tells the story of a strange house under the fir trees just outside Moscow. Memories immerse us in a mysterious house with a cold kitchen built from window frames and steep red stairs, and its bizarre inhabitants and neighbors: a singing bourgeoisie, an Afghan war veteran, siblings Dong and Jumbli, and other peculiar residents of this close yet distant world. The performance was originally created as a home theater project, and we also present it at Alfred ve dvoře for a limited number of spectators.
